By accessing or using Novel Archie, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Novel Archie is an AI-assisted novel writing tool that helps you plan, structure, and write fiction. The service uses OpenAI’s language models to generate text based on your input and creative direction.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all stories, characters, and other creative content you produce using Novel Archie. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. AI-generated text produced through the service is yours to use however you wish.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Novel Archie offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate content that violates any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI may not always be accurate, appropriate, or original. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it. Novel Archie is not liable for any issues arising from the use of AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Novel Archie is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or content.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
